Niloo Verma Bruppacher

Niloo Verma Bruppacher serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Group General Counsel at Crypto Finance Group while also being a member of its Executive Board. With extensive experience in legal and operational roles, Niloo has significantly contributed to various organizations including CMTA as a member of the Advisory Board, VERAISON Capital AG as a Board Member, and the Financial Services Ombudsman (FINSOM) as an Expert. Previous positions include Partner at VYOMA Partner AG and roles at Nectar Digital Wealth AG and UBS, where responsibilities spanned legal advisory for trading, derivatives, and investment management. Niloo's legal foundation includes a Masters in Corporate Law (LL.M.) from the University of New York, admission to the Zurich Bar, and a Masters in Law from the University of Bern.
