Anne-Grace Kleczewski

Anne-Grace Kleczewski is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of technology, compliance, and blockchain law. Currently serving as an Associate at MME Legal | Tax | Compliance, Anne-Grace is also the Chief Legal Officer and Co-Founder of Keom Protocol, which focuses on AI-enhanced DeFi trading products. Additional roles include advising Albus Protocol on KYC/AML compliance, co-chairing the AML-Compliance Working Group at the Crypto Valley Association, and lecturing on regulatory implications at ISFB. With a PhD research project at Université catholique de Louvain exploring secondary liability of online platforms, Anne-Grace previously held senior legal counsel positions at Bonnard Lawson International Law Firm, the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law, and HDC Law Firm, providing expertise on various tech projects and financial regulations.
