Charlotte Qvist Frandsen

Charlotte Qvist Frandsen is the Cryptomathic’s Head of People & Culture, having been appointed in 2022. Charlotte is focusing on enabling Cryptomathic’s continued success through highly skilled and engaged leaders and employees, who perform and thrive in their shared and unique company culture.

Prior to joining Cryptomathic, Charlotte built a career in Human Resources Management, Leadership and Governance, first at Mannaz A/S – a Danish training and consultancy company, followed by various roles in two large international companies, Vestas Wind Systems and Arla Foods and most recently in the LEGO Foundation, where she was responsible for People and Governance functions.

Charlotte holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration from the University in Aarhus, Denmark and an Executive MBA from Henley Business College, United Kingdom.
