Valerie Sanchez

Valerie Sanchez has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Valerie is currently serving as the Chief Learning and Development Officer at Crysalia, starting in 2022. Previously, they founded and operated Valerie Sanchez Consulting - Coaching & Training, where they provided executive coaching and leadership development services. Valerie also worked at L'Oréal in multiple roles, including Director of Service & Retail Academy, Education Manager for Lancôme, HR Program Manager for Learning and Development, International Communications Director for Travel Retail Worldwide, and Marketing Director for Travel Retail Worldwide. Before joining L'Oréal, Valerie held positions at Wella - Cosmopolitan Cosmetics as an Operational Product Manager for international marketing coordination. Throughout their career, Valerie has demonstrated their expertise in leadership development, training, change management, customer service, and marketing.

Valerie Sanchez has a diverse education history. In 2013-2014, they attended HEC Paris and obtained a degree in Executive Coaching. Before that, in 1994-1996, they studied at NEOMA Business School, focusing on Management, Marketing, and Business. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1994, Valerie pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Sciences Po Strasbourg. In 1996, they briefly attended the University of Technology Sydney, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.

In addition to their academic background, Valerie Sanchez has obtained the ICF Member Badge, which was awarded by the International Coaching Federation in March 2023.
