Aderonke is a Chartered Accountant, and CISA qualified. She has over 20 years of senior finance experience with large listed companies in the UK and internationally.

Aderonke has a proven track record in the group and statutory reporting, finance business partner, financial compliance and controlling, legal entity rationalization, risk and assurance management, auditing, financial management, IT general controls, and financial systems implementation, across a number of sectors including business services, consulting, software, technology, and manufacturing.

Before joining Crystal, she worked at Bitfury Group, DXC: technology, CSC Plc, ATOS, Siemens Plc, and Deloitte.
