Michelle Flournoy has a diverse work experience in various industries. Michelle currently serves as the Director of Strategic Operations, Learning, and Engagement at the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Before that, they worked at the Dairy Farmers of America as the Manager of Meeting and Events, Communications for four years. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant Manager, Changing Education Through the Arts at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts for seven years. Michelle also worked as the Marketing and Events Coordinator at Arkansas Business Publishing Group and as the Advertising Coordinator, The Arkansas Traveler at the University of Arkansas.
