Arnold Chavez

Arnold Chavez has worked in a variety of roles in the manufacturing industry since 1998. Arnold began their career at San Miguel Foods as a Production Section Manager in 1998. In 2001, they moved to Diversey, where they served as Technical Manager, Sanitation Manager, and Technical Supervisor. In 2010, they joined Apollo Health and Beauty Care as an R&D Technician. Two years later, they moved to KIK Custom Products as an R&D Chemist. In 2014, they joined Cosmetica Laboratories Inc. as a Compounding/Sanitation Supervisor. Since 2016, they have been working at Crystal Int'l (Group) Inc. & Crystal Claire Cosmetics Inc. as Manufacturing Technical Services Manager and Compounding/Sanitation Manager.

Arnold Chavez has a diverse educational background. Arnold received a B.S. in Chemistry from Adamson University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from De La Salle University in 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies in 2016, and a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma from the same school in 2019.
