Ankur Singh currently serves as the Manufacturing Excellence Head (DGM) at Crystal Crop Protection Limited since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ankur was the TQM-LEAD at UPL from May 2022 to March 2024, where efforts focused on converting four plants into Model Plants using the TQM Wave Approach, along with implementing various quality management initiatives. Ankur's experience also includes a managerial position at Aarti Industries Ltd. from May 2019 to May 2022, developing guidelines for asset management and facilitating implementations in quality control measures. Ankur began a career in total quality management at JSW Steel, serving as Assistant Manager from January 2014 to May 2019. Ankur holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Army Institute of Technology, and completed a One Year Executive Program in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur in June 2023. Ankur is currently pursuing a Diploma in Leadership and Management at CPD.
