Daleep Shekhawat

Daleep Shekhawat has extensive work experience in the agricultural industry. Daleep started their career as a Sales Supervisor at Rallis India in 1997 and worked there until 2000. Daleep then joined Bayer Crop Science, where they held various positions such as Territory Manager, Field Manager Business Development-Seed, Regional Marketing Manager, and finally, Regional Manager until 2020. In 2020, they joined Seedworks International Pvt. Ltd. as a Regional Manager and worked there until 2021. After that, they worked as a Zonal Manager at Willowood Chemicals from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Daleep holds the position of Zonal Business Head at Crystal Crop Protection Limited, starting from 2022.

Daleep Shekhawat pursued a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture with Agronomy as an elective subject from Rajasthan Agriculture University-SKN College of Agril Jobner, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Daleep then continued their education at Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University (SKRAU) in Bikaner, completing their Master's degree in Agriculture with a specialization in Agriculture Extension from 1995 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Post Graduate Program in Management Studies (PGPMS) with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services through the distance learning program at WE School-Welingkar, from 2010 to 2012.
