Kapil Vinodiya is a seasoned professional in the hybrid seed industry, currently serving as Territory Business Manager at Crystal Crop Protection Limited since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kapil held the position of Territory Sales Manager at RASI SEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED from March 2017 to December 2021, and served as Senior Sales Officer at SHRIRAM BIOSEED GENETICS DSCL GROUP from November 2010 to February 2017. Kapil holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture, specializing in Agricultural Business and Management from Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior, and also possesses a DCA in Computer from MAIPS Institute, Gwalior.
