Justin Natzke

Justin Natzke, CPIM, currently serves as the Production Control Manager, Continuous Improvement Coordinator, and Production Scheduler at Crystal Finishing Systems, Inc., a position held since June 2019. Previously, Justin gained experience as a Global Procurement and Supply Chain Intern at Oshkosh Corporation, where significant contributions included a space-saving project that reduced pallet locations by 86.8% and alignment of over 800 supplier parts for material flow strategy. At the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire College of Business, Justin conducted undergraduate research focused on management change in a Midwest manufacturing firm. Additional internships at SourceCut Industries and experience as a General Laborer at Marth Companies and Balz Ginseng provided a solid foundation in operations and continuous improvement. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations & Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
