Thomas Choy

Thomas Choy currently serves as the Assistant General Manager of People Development at Crystal International, a position held since May 2018. Prior to this role, Thomas accrued extensive experience at Hilti Asia from February 2014 to May 2018 in various capacities, including Regional Talent Management & HR Business Partner and Head of Training for South East Asia. Thomas also acted as a Regional Culture Trainer during this tenure. Earlier career achievements include roles at Hilti (Hong Kong) Limited, where Thomas advanced from Senior Engineer to Senior Marketing Manager and ultimately Head of Marketing from April 1999 to February 2014, as well as working as an Executive Sales Engineer at Arnhold & Co., Ltd. from August 1995 to January 1999. Thomas Choy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wollongong (2001-2003) and a degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (1990-1993).
