Karena Schlatter is a Stretch Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer at Stretch Me Strong. Karena is also a Professional Ski Instructor at Crystal Mountain Resort. In the past, Karena has worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Kent Youth and Family Services and as a Redemption Group Counselor at Mars Hill Church. Karena holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington and has various certifications in health and fitness.
