Jonty Castle

Jonty Castle is an experienced sports executive currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Crystal Palace Football Club since April 2025. Prior roles include Chief Commercial & Operations Officer and Chief Matchday Commercial Officer at Birmingham City FC from January 2024 to April 2025, and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Blackpool Football Club from November 2021 to December 2023. Jonty was previously the Chief Executive at AFC Fylde from February 2020 to November 2021, and held the position of Head of Business Development & Customer Experience at Wigan Athletic F.C. from 2017 to February 2020. Additional experience includes Head of Football Operations at Oxford United Football Club from 2014 to 2016 and Managing Director at Sniper Solutions from 2005 to 2014. Jonty began a career in the British Army as a British Army Officer from 1997 to 2005. Academic qualifications include a Master of Sport Directorship from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in Physical Education from Leeds Beckett University.
