Adam Griffin

Adam Griffin is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Crystal Springs, Inc., Adam oversees day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, and financial reporting to enhance the organization’s financial health. Previously, as Senior Vice President Finance and Shared Services at Italian Home for Children, Adam managed the operating budget and multiple financial processes for a large workforce. Adam's career includes significant roles at Insource Services, Inc. as Finance & Accounting Director and practice lead, as well as accounting and financial consulting positions. Adam holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
