Crystal Springs
Ms. Kathleen Lovenbury is the Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Springs. Beginning her career as a Recreation/Art Therapist in the mid-1980's, Kathleen has worked with students living with special needs her entire career. In 1988, Kathleen found a long-term home with the Stetson School, a Chapter 766 Special Education Residential School, where she started as an Art Therapist and was promoted several times to positions that included Education Director, Program Director/COO, and eventually President & CEO. When Stetson School merged with the Seven Hills Foundation, Kathleen led the transition, ensuring a mutually beneficial merger for not only the two organizations but most importantly the school's students.
Determined to further improve upon the already outstanding programs and services that Crystal Springs provides, Kathleen is equally motivated to reach out to the community in order to develop additional partnerships that will benefit the children and adults and the agency as a whole.
