Ananthkrishnan A is an accomplished Food and Beverage Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently with Crystalbrook Collection since December 2019, Ananthkrishnan has progressed from F&B Guide to Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and ultimately to Restaurant/Venue Manager, overseeing multiple dining outlets and in-room dining services. Previously, Ananthkrishnan was part of the pre-opening team at Zone By The Park, where responsibilities included conceptualizing F&B offerings. Ananthkrishnan’s early career included a role as General Management Trainee at The Park Hotels, managing various dining venues and ensuring brand standards. Ananthkrishnan also acquired valuable training experience at Grand Hyatt. Ananthkrishnan holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Le Cordon Bleu Australia and a Bachelor's degree from Apeejay Institute of Hospitality, India.
