Lisa Shute

Lisa Shute is an experienced Payroll Manager currently overseeing the centralized payroll team at C&S Companies since February 2018, responsible for payroll operations for approximately 600 employees in a multi-state, multi-pay group environment. Prior to this role, Lisa served as HR/Payroll Manager at Syracuse University from December 2010 to February 2018, managing HR and payroll functions for over 700 employees within the College of Visual and Performing Arts. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Leadership from Syracuse University, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance from Cayuga Community College. Proficient in payroll systems including UltiPro (UKG), PeopleSoft, BST, and Sage 300, Lisa demonstrates a strong foundation in both payroll management and human resources.
