Sudhakar Sapuram has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. sudhakar worked as the Vice President of R&D at C&S Electric Ltd. from 2015 onwards. Sudhakar Sapuram has also worked as an FEA Specialist at Hope Technologies Ltd. from 2001 to 2001. sudhakar has experience as a Manager of Technology at GE Power controls from 1999 to 2001. Furthermore, they worked as a Senior Design Executive at Crompton Greaves Ltd. from 1990 to 1999. Before joining the industry, they started their career as a Lecturer at KITS ENGG. College from 1987 to 1988.

Sudhakar Sapuram completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from SV University between 1983 and 1987. Following this, they pursued a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Guindy Engg. College from 1983 to 1987. Afterward, they attended a University where they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.E) in Production, completing the degree program from 1988 to 1990.
