Paul Fedorenko

Paul Fedorenko is a Senior IT Project Manager at CS Ltd since August 2012, focusing on CBS migration and integration projects as well as new bank startups. Previously, Paul served as the Head of CBS Development Department at Alfa Bank Ukraine, overseeing departmental management and participation in CBS integration projects including T24 and B2, while also managing IT budgets and supplier relations. Additional experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at e-life, Chief of Technological Support Department at JSC Bank of Moscow, Chief of IT and Software Department at Forum Bank, and Deputy Chief of IT Department at Merx, where responsibilities included system administration and the development of an office automation system.
