Yuriy Yurchenko

Yuriy Yurchenko is an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and IT. As a Team Leader at CS Ltd since September 2004, Yuriy specializes in Oracle PL/SQL. Prior to this role, Yuriy served as a business analyst and Head of the IT department at the State Tax Administration of Ukraine from February 2004 to September 2004, overseeing support for over ten programs related to tax administration. Yuriy holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" (1992-1998) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (2000-2002).
