Brad Mathis

Brad Mathis is an accomplished operations and supply chain professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at C&S Wholesale Grocers since November 2021, Brad previously founded and led 24 Atoms Coffee Company, LLC, overseeing all aspects of the business from product development to marketing. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at Bimbo Bakeries USA, where Brad was Director of Strategic Logistics and Senior Manager of Supply Chain Optimization, and at Sara Lee Fresh Bakery as Senior Manager of Distribution Network Planning. Brad also founded Northern Lights Management, Inc., focusing on strategic consulting for distribution and supply chain issues. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rochester, supplemented by a certificate in Entrepreneurship from SMU Cox School of Business.
