Greg Tabakman

Greg Tabakman serves as the Director of Labor and Employment Counsel at C&S Wholesale Grocers since November 2021, where responsibilities include supporting HR and business leaders in labor and employment law to achieve business objectives and mitigate legal risks. Prior to this role, Greg was a Senior Associate and Associate at Day Pitney LLP from February 2017 to November 2021, representing employers in various labor and employment matters in courts and administrative agencies. Earlier experience includes roles as an Attorney at Shapiro Croland Reiser Apfel & Di Iorio (2015-2017) and Saiber LLC (2011-2015), focusing on employment litigation and counseling. Additionally, Greg served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Justice Virginia A. Long at the Supreme Court of New Jersey from September 2010 to August 2011, and held earlier clerkship positions within the New Jersey judiciary. Greg graduated with a J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2010 and holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 2007.
