Gustavo Fritsche

Gustavo Fritsche has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gustavo started their career at the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Santa Catarina in 2013 as an Estagiário and continued in this position until 2015. Gustavo then joined Menezes Niebuhr Advogados Associados as an Estagiário from August 2015 to December 2016. Gustavo later became an Advogado at the same company from January 2017 to April 2017. In 2017, they joined BBa sistemas para envidraçamentos as a Coordenador de operações, and they worked there until May 2019. From May 2019 to September 2020, they held the position of Operations & Legal Manager at Payface. Gustavo then transitioned to the role of Head of Payments, Data Privacy & Legal at Payface from September 2020 to December 2021. Currently, Gustavo Fritsche is working as the Chief Legal Officer at Payface, starting in January 2022.

Gustavo Fritsche holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic and Economic Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina between the years 2012 and 2016. Currently, they are continuing their education at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, specializing in Law for Startups.
