Since November 2012, James has served as an ODS Specialist and Transportation Routing Supervisor at C&S Wholesale Grocers, where responsibilities include routing customer orders efficiently, creating reports, and ensuring compliance with internal protocols. Prior to this role, James worked at Walmart from April 2002 to September 2012 as an Assistant Manager, focusing on sales growth, financial performance, and customer service. James holds multiple degrees from Southern New Hampshire University, including a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
