Jeanne Burns

Jeanne Burns has a strong background in legal and compliance work. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an Associate at Pratt Vreeland Kennelly Martin & White. From 2007 to 2011, they served as an Associate Corporate Counsel II at CVPS.In 2011, Jeanne joined C&S Wholesale Grocers as an Attorney, Compliance and Government Relations, where they advised and managed regulatory matters involving USDA, FDA, DEA, OSHA, and EPA. Jeanne also implemented and managed compliance programs, engaged in lobbying efforts, and reviewed licensing requirements. From 2017 to the present, Jeanne has held various senior roles at C&S Wholesale Grocers, including Senior Corporate Counsel, Operations Law and Director of Real Estate, and Vice President, Operations Law & Real Estate. In these roles, they managed the company's real estate portfolio, oversaw compliance initiatives, and provided legal counsel on compliance, real estate, procurement, and contractual matters.

Jeanne Burns attended Boston College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Jeanne later enrolled at New England Law | Boston from 2001 to 2004, earning their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
