Rick Morrison was appointed Vice President, Customer Experience in April 2023. In this role, Rick is responsible for ensuring that CSA Group’s Testing, Inspection and Certification business is providing an industry-leading, end-to-end customer experience to every customer, every time.
Rick brings 30 years of experience at CSA Group to this role. Most recently, he was Commercial Vice President, Home & Commercial. In this role, he was responsible for developing and leading the global commercial strategy for CSA’s Home & Commercial business. Under his leadership, the team was responsible for driving growth with new and existing clients around the world.
Prior to that, Rick held various roles of increasing responsibility including Global Account Director, Technical Director, Technical Manager, Technical Advisor, Product Group Manager and Certification Engineer. Throughout his career at CSA, Rick has placed an emphasis on creating a work environment that puts front-line employees first which he believes is key to differentiating CSA’s services.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario. He has been a member of Professional Engineers Ontario since 1996.
