Susan Oh

Susan Oh was appointed Vice President, Standards Membership at CSA Group in January 2022. In this role, Susan engages with CSA Group’s 10,000+ expert volunteer members that contribute to standards development and leads a team dedicated to enhancing member experience and collaboration. As part of that, her responsibilities include overseeing Member Services, Policy and Accreditation, CSA Communities Engagement and Change Management.

Ms. Oh has 20 years of experience in engineering, project and program management work, with 12 years working in standards development. She joined CSA Group in 2009 and worked in a variety of progressive roles, with her most recent position being Director, Standards, Power Generation and Petroleum & Natural Gas.

Prior to joining CSA, Ms. Oh worked in numerous engineering roles across various industries, including leading Canadian telecommunication and automotive OEMs.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree (B.A.Sc.) in Material Science Engineering from the University of Toronto.
