Christy Higgins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at CSAC Finance Corporation and a Real Estate Broker Associate at Foundation Real Estate since January 2020, Christy previously worked as a Listing Agent at Redfin and a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. With a strong foundation in client services, Christy provides marketing expertise and supports clients throughout the home buying process. Earlier career experience includes serving as Chief Operations Officer at Stutzman Public Affairs, where responsibilities included strategic planning and financial management, as well as working as a Property & Casualty Claims Adjuster at State Farm. Christy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance from California State University-Sacramento.
