Kristi Cerasoli

Kristi Cerasoli has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kristi started their career in 1997 as an Office Manager at R. J. Watkins & Company, Ltd. In 2000, they established their own company, KC Management, where they utilized their skills in accounting, human resources, event coordination, and office management to assist small and mid-size companies and non-profit organizations.

In 2002, Kristi became the Executive Director of Chairmen's RoundTable, a non-profit volunteer organization that provides business advice to San Diego County businesses through a mentoring program. Kristi then joined CSB Impact Marketing & Media Management in 2004, assuming roles such as Controller, HR, and Account Manager. At CSB, Kristi played a vital role in connecting brands with people to achieve marketing goals and developing advertising strategies to impact client brand and marketing objectives.

In 2006, Kristi took on the position of Senior Manager, Accounting & Human Resources at Rayspan Corporation, the world's exclusive provider of metamaterial air interface solutions for wireless communications. Their responsibilities involved managing accounting and human resources-related tasks. Kristi later became a Partner and Marketing Director at Accretive of San Diego, LLC in 2011, where their mission was to work with CFOs to upgrade resources, processes, and systems to improve earnings, cash-flow, and enterprise value.

In the same year, Kristi also joined Accretive of Indiana, LLC as their Marketing Director, specializing in providing support and services to Indiana area CFOs. Lastly, Kristi worked at StackIQ, Inc. from 2011 to 2014 as part of their Human Resources & Accounting team, assisting the company in scaling development and entering the cloud management space.
