Grant Wignell

Grant Wignell has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and maintenance sectors. Currently serving as Reliability Group Leader at CSBP since February 2008, Grant is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, including managing shutdowns, budgets, and contractors. Prior to this role, Grant worked as a Machine Shop Supervisor at Austal from January 2000 to February 2009, overseeing the machining of components for high-speed ferries and patrol boats. Grant's career began as a Machinist/Fitter at Jones and Rickard Service from January 1995 to December 1999, where expertise in machining processes such as lathe work, milling, and grinding was developed. Education was completed at Mandurah Senior High School.
