Sara Garavelli

Sara Garavelli serves as the Strategic European Engagement & Coordination Development Manager and EOSC Program Manager at CSC - IT Center for Science since September 2020, while also holding the position of Director at the EOSC Association since January 2022. Prior to this, Sara was a Project Manager at Trust-IT Services from February 2010 to September 2020, where responsibilities included communication strategy deployment, training coordination, and event organization within international ICT projects. Earlier roles included Material Engineer at Whirlpool Europe, focusing on material management in lean manufacturing from August 2007 to February 2010, and Project Manager at Metaware SpA from October 2005 to July 2007, where Sara oversaw projects in business information management and risk management. Sara holds an Engineer's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Università degli Studi di Parma.
