Muhammad Abdul Rehman is a seasoned Sr. QA/QC Engineer with extensive experience in the electrical and instrumentation sectors, currently employed at CSCEC Middle East since January 2018. Prior roles include Senior QA/QC Engineer E&I at Control & Applications Emirates and Lead QA/QC Engineer Acting Manager at Sharqawi Electromechanical Contracting. Earlier in the career, Muhammad contributed to Al Hassan Electricals Co LLC and ETA Group of Companies in QA/QC Engineer roles, providing technical support and guidance on inspection activities. Muhammad's foundational experience includes major projects with Descon Engineering in Abu Dhabi. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering from Preston University and an Associate's degree from Govt Polytechnic Institute Jhelum.

CSCEC Middle East L.L.C. (hereinafter referred to as CSCME) is instituted as a major overseas operational enterprise of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CSCHQ). CSCME is an established contractor that provides multi-disciplinary (i.e. Building, Infrastructure and MEP work) Engineering and Construction services in the UAE with headquarters in Dubai. CSCHQ was founded in 1957 and established in Beijing, China. In the year 2009, CSCHQ was officially listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange as having the largest IPO in the world. It was recognized as the No. 18 of the top 500 Global Enterprise by “Fortune” magazine in the year 2020. In July 2003, CSCME was awarded the Palm Jumeirah Garden Home Villas Project, an iconic housing project on the world famous Palm Jumeirah. In March, 2005, CSCME was formally established in Dubai, UAE. By the year 2008, CSCME ventured into other Emirates and established branches in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah. During this time, the company expanded and became a diversified contractor with its own Infrastructure and MEP divisions.
