Rebecca Cruz

Senior Manager, Learning and Development at CSC Generation

Rebecca Cruz has an extensive work history spanning almost two decades. Rebecca began their career in 2003 as an Ambulance Platoon Leader for the US National Guard, where they were responsible for the management and development of a team of 37 Medical Section Chiefs. In 2007, they joined the US Army as a Project Manager Officer and was responsible for providing leadership and direction on facility management projects. In 2010, they became the Store Director at Safeway, where they were responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the entire operation. In 2016, they joined Albertsons Companies as the National Learning and Development Manager, where they were responsible for providing support to the business for all curriculum training and eLearning development. Finally, in 2022, they joined CSC Generation as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development.

Rebecca Cruz holds a Master of Education - MEd in Educational/Instructional Technology from West Texas A&M University (2020-2021). Rebecca also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from California State University, Long Beach (2003-2006). Her additional certifications include Learning SCORM and Tin Can API from LinkedIn (2022), Agile Instructional Design from LinkedIn (2020), Generational Strategist Certification from The Millennial Solution (2018), Executive Manager (Food and Retail) from Portland State University (2014), and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance (2022).
