Carrie L. Tillman

Carrie L. Tillman brings over twenty years of expertise in the administration of Special Purpose Vehicles, such as Bankruptcy Remote Companies and Statutory Trusts. Currently serving as Vice President of SPV Management at Corporation Service Company (CSC), a position held since May 1995, Carrie Tillman has also held roles including Director of Business Development and Executive Assistant to the President of Special Services. Additionally, Carrie served as Director of Business Development at Delaware Trust Company from 1999 to August 2024, which is a wholly owned affiliate of CSC. Previous experience includes a position as Client Services Manager at Entity Services Group LLC from May 1998 to December 2006. Education was completed at Delaware Technical Community College from 1990 to 1994.
