Paul Gass

As Chief Technology Officer, Paul leads CSCI in innovating and maturing its technology infrastructure. With an objective to accelerate both business goals and customer needs, he partners internally and externally to achieve digital transformation and drive growth.

Paul has a diverse leadership background spanning financial management, IT, and operations — not to mention time spent as an attack aviation pilot and officer in the U.S. Army. As a result, he brings a unique perspective and a passion for driving innovation, change, and process improvements for clients and their customers.

Outside of work, you can find Paul spending time with his wife and two kids, playing golf, going to concerts, or traveling. He also loves to coach and cheer on his kids in Tae Kwon Do, soccer, cheer, baseball, and football.
