Jack J. Samar

Jack J. Samar, Jr. is a Group Leader and Director of Engineering Services at Computer Systems Center Incorporated (CSCI). Prior to that, Jack J. spent 30 years of service in the US Navy as a Captain (ret), primarily working as a Naval Flight Officer flying the A-6 Intruder. Jack J. holds a BA in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame, and MA degrees in Government and International Relations from Salve Regina University and in National Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
