Marco A. Gonzalez

Marco A. Gonzalez has extensive experience in operational leadership across various industries, currently serving as Vice President of Operations for the West Division at CSC ServiceWorks since January 2018. In this role, Marco provides strategic oversight for 20 branches across 18 states, managing 800 team members and 65,000 accounts while collaborating with Supply Chain, Sales, and Financial Planning & Analysis to drive enterprise strategies. Previously, Marco held positions including Regional Vice President of Operations and General Manager within CSC ServiceWorks and was General Manager at Republic Services, overseeing a $95M P&L. Educational qualifications include an Executive Management Program from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Doctor of Law degree from California Western School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from UC San Diego.
