Jim Briante

Jim Briante has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jim began their career as an Account Executive at Oracle from 1998 to 2000 before moving on to LiveVault as an Account Executive for a year. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Zion Partners as a Practice Manager and Technical Recruiter before taking on the role of Division Manager and Technical Recruiter at Zion Partners (LA-based technology recruiting firm) from 2014 to 2015. Jim then joined Modis as the Director of Executive Recruiting from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they worked as the Manager of Recruiting & Business Development at HIRECLOUT from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Manager of Global Recruiting at Gartner, where they were responsible for delivering technology-related insights for clients. Currently, they serve as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at DISCO, a position they have held since 2022.
