Umair Muhajir

Umair Muhajir has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Umair currently holds the position of Vice-President & Global Head, Managed Review at DISCO since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director, Legal Managed Services at EY from June 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing teams in multiple countries and managing various service lines, including managed document review and regulatory compliance.

Umair also had a significant tenure at Thomson Reuters, where they held the position of Vice-President, Legal Solutions from January 2014 to June 2019. Umair also served as Vice-President, Litigation Solutions from February 2010 to January 2014. In these roles, they managed and supervised operations in multiple offices and provided training on U.S. litigation support and document review services.

Before their time at EY and Thomson Reuters, Umair had valuable experience working as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from September 2002 to June 2009. During this period, they handled various responsibilities such as drafting legal documents, managing document productions, conducting depositions, and working on advisory projects.

Umair also contributed their skills and expertise in the political sector as the Deputy Voter Protection Coordinator at the Pennsylvania Campaign for Change from August 2008 to November 2008.
