Damon Vinciguerra

Damon Vinciguerra is a highly experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems development, project management, and process engineering. Currently serving as the Real-Time Practice Lead at CSE ICON, Inc. since February 2024, Damon previously held the role of Senior Analyst at Phillips 66, where significant contributions included transitioning applications from DCP Midstream, which was acquired in April 2023, and developing customized solutions for refinery-based PI systems. Damon began a successful tenure at DCP Midstream in June 2012, advancing to IT Developer and leading multiple initiatives for enterprise PI system implementation, including automating deployments in Azure and designing a document management system. Early career experience includes serving as a Process Engineer and Project Manager, where Damon played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and compliance. Damon's academic credentials include a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University and ongoing studies at the University of Canterbury.
