Don Deem

Don Deem has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Don began their career at Warwick Insurance Company as a Property Claims Manager in 1986. Don then moved to AIG in 1989 and served as a Toxic Tort Claim Manager before joining Atlantic Mutual Companies in 1991 as a Claim Manager. In 1998, they joined Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, where they held multiple management roles, including Claim Director and Assistant Vice President. During their time at Fireman's Fund, they developed innovative measurement systems to reward high performers and managed various lines of claims for different types of businesses. In 2015, Don joined Chubb as Vice President, where they were responsible for leading digital transformation efforts and enhancing technology within the Global Claims Organization. Don also served as Senior Director of Claim Initiatives at CSE Insurance Group from 2019 to 2020 before assuming their current role as Senior Vice President of Claims.
