Scott Lieberman

Scott Lieberman is an experienced attorney currently serving as Senior Counsel at CSEA Local 1000 since October 2016, following a tenure as Senior Associate Counsel. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Litigation Associate at Sholes & Miller, LLP from June 2015 to September 2016. Scott's experience also includes serving as Principal Law Clerk to Acting Supreme Court Justice Richard Platkin at the NYS Court of Claims from January 2007 to June 2015 and as an Associate at DeLorenzo Law Firm from October 2000 to January 2007. Earlier in Scott's career, Principal Law Clerk work was conducted for Hon. Jerome F. Hanifin at the NYS Court of Claims from August 1997 to September 2000. Scott holds a Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School (1997) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies Teacher Education and History from the University at Albany (1993).
