Christian Piguet is a Professor at CSEM, where involvement has been since 1974. During this extensive tenure, Christian Piguet held the position of Head of the SoC Program. Christian Piguet earned a Ph.D. in electronics from EPFL between 1969 and 1974 and has since retired from CSEM.

Together with these institutions, CSEM created HTA (Heterogeneous Technology Alliance), to prepare for the next generation of technology.Their research strategy is based on extensive market research, and helps us to develop technologies today which will be needed in the future.While research activities remain one of the cornerstones of CSEM, they never lose sight of the overriding importance of their customers - it is they who provide us with invaluable insights into global markets.
