Data Scientist at CSG Justice Center

Mari Roberts is a data science professional currently serving as a Data Science Project Manager at The Council of State Governments since July 2024, and as a Data Scientist at The Council of State Governments Justice Center since November 2020. With expertise in data analytics and visualization focused on corrections, community supervision, and behavioral health, Mari has designed an array of reporting tools to translate complex data into actionable insights. Previous roles include a Data Science Intern at the Correctional Association of New York, where Mari developed an automated data extraction system for COVID-19 monitoring, and a Data Analyst at New York University, where findings on food security were published.
