Jane Williams

Jane Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design, project management, and organizational readiness. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Skills Enablement & Organizational Readiness at CSG since April 2021, Jane previously held roles at GitHub as Lead Instructional Designer and at CSG in various positions including Lead Technical Instructional Designer, Senior Technical Project Manager, and Senior Implementation Analyst. Between 2009 and 2012, Jane worked at Bernard BPO as a CSG Specialist and Instructional Designer. Jane's career began at CSG in 1994, where a diverse background in technical program management and software development was established. Academically, Jane holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
