Katie Costanzo

President, Customer Experience at CSG

Katie Costanzo is an accomplished professional currently serving as President of Customer Experience at CSG since February 2024 and as a Chief Member at Chief, an organization dedicated to empowering women in leadership. Costanzo has extensive experience in customer success and professional services, having held senior roles at Qualtrics from October 2021 to February 2024 and at Clarabridge from 2014 to 2021, where Katie advanced through various positions to become Vice President of North America Professional Services. Additionally, Costanzo serves on the Advisory Board for CX at the University of Richmond and previously worked at FranConnect and Verint in client services and professional services roles. Costanzo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Special Education minor from the University of Lynchburg.
