Kimberly Haught

Kimberly Haught is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition & Attraction at CSG since August 2016, Kimberly has held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Manager and Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included inspiring a global recruiting team and collaborating with leadership on strategic hiring initiatives. Prior experience includes senior recruitment roles at Mortgage Connect, LP, and PLS Logistics Services, with a focus on full life-cycle recruiting for various sectors including IT, finance, and operations. Kimberly's background also includes technical recruitment and executive recruitment roles, as well as a foundation in mental health through earlier work as a Behavioral Management Therapist and Social Worker. Kimberly holds a B.A. in Psychology, Economics, and French from Saint Vincent College.
