Lindsay Germano

Lindsay Germano currently serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at CSG, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lindsay was Lead Counsel for Strategic Transactions at LyondellBasell from April 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, advising executives on legal risks, and collaborating across departments on transaction-related activities. Lindsay’s experience also encompasses serving as Senior Counsel for Corporate and M&A at Nexeo Solutions from June 2013 to August 2017, focusing on legal support for corporate functions and managing SEC filings, as well as overseeing Nexeo’s acquisition and divestiture strategies globally. Earlier in the career, Lindsay worked as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges from September 2004 to June 2013. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Rice University.
