Rafi Tuval

Rafi Tuval has extensive experience in professional services, primarily in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Professional Services for Digital Engagement Solutions at CSG, Rafi has successfully built and led a delivery organization with over 120 employees. Prior to this role, Rafi was the VP of Delivery and Training at K2View, where a training department was established to serve diverse global clients and employees. Rafi’s career at Amdocs spanned nearly two decades, holding various leadership roles including COO of Quality Engineering & Data Intelligence, Head of Testing for AT&T, and several director positions, managing large teams and significant budgets across multiple regions. Rafi holds a Bachelor's degree in Laws from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
